Where is Elegant Dental Laboratory located?
At 2308 McDonald Ave in Brooklyn, NY 11223. Every case is made in house there, and dentists are welcome to visit; call 877-335-5221 to arrange a time.
Do you work with practices outside New York?
Yes, in every U.S. state. Practices in New York City and northern New Jersey get free daily pickup; everywhere else ships with our free prepaid UPS labels or sends digital scans.
Who gets free pickup and delivery?
Practices in all five New York City boroughs and in 13 northern New Jersey counties: Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, Union and Warren. Pickups are arranged by phone in advance; see Pickup and Delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Print a prepaid UPS label to our lab on our shipping label page, and we send finished cases back by UPS Ground at no charge. For a rush case we ship faster for an added fee.
How long does a case take from outside New York?
Most restorative cases are completed within 5 business days in the lab. UPS Ground comes on top: 1 to 3 business days each way to the cities in our table, by UPS's estimate, and a digital scan saves the trip to the lab.
