Digital submissions require active access to the secure Lab Portal. New practices should call (877) 335-5221, and our team will assist with proper account setup.

Elegant Dental Laboratory Accepted Scanning Systems
Elegant Dental Laboratory supports open digital workflows and integrates with leading intraoral scanners. Choose your scanning system below to connect and submit digital cases seamlessly.
iTero
- Call customer support: 1-800-577-8767
- Ask to add Company ID: 12819 Elegant Dental Laboratory to your scanner
TRIOS
- Open 3Shape Unite
- Select More, then Store
- Go to Labs and click Add connection
- Search for info@elegantlab.com or Elegant Dental Laboratory
- Select our lab and click Connect
Once we approve the request, select Elegant Dental Laboratory in your order form.
CEREC and Primescan
Dentsply Sirona replaced CEREC Connect with DS Core in 2025.
- Sign in to DS Core and connect your CEREC or Connect software
- Search the DS Core lab directory for Elegant Dental Laboratory, or invite info@elegantlab.com
- Upload the scan, create the order and select our lab

DEXIS
- Log in to DEXIS IS Connect as a dentist
- Click the Partners icon in the toolbar
- Select Invite a Partner
- In the Email field, enter Julia@elegantlab.com
- Add a message if needed or keep the default text
- Click Send
Once the partnership request is approved, Elegant Dental Laboratory will appear in your Partners list and can be selected when submitting your digital Rx.
Alliedstar
- Sign in to your Alliedstar AS Connect account
- Open the My Partner menu (globe icon in the lower corner)
- Select Add Partner
- Search for Elegant Dental Laboratory
- Choose our lab from the results
- Click Apply to submit the request
- Once the partnership is approved, Elegant Dental Laboratory will appear in your partner list.
- When submitting cases, select our lab to send scans directly.
Medit
- Sign in to Medit Link on the web with an admin account (Partners is not available in the Medit Link app)
- Open Partners and search for julia@elegantlab.com, or use Invite Partner
- Request the partnership
- Once we accept, choose our lab when you place an order
Carestream
- Visit CSDentalConnect.com
- Login
- Search for Elegant Dental Laboratory
- Add our lab
Planmeca
- Sign in to your DDXDental.com account
- Search for Elegant Dental Laboratory
- Add our lab
- Send through your PlanScan portal or upload via ddxdental.com
3M True Definition
- Call customer support: 1-800-634-2249
- Ask to add Elegant Dental Laboratory to your scanner
Shining 3D
- Click the User icon in the top right corner
- Open the Connections tab
- Select + New
- Search for Elegant Dental Laboratory
- Submit the connection request
Once approved, Elegant Dental Laboratory will appear in your list of targets for digital case submission.
ORI
- Complete the required RX information during your scan
- Confirm the scan is accurate and includes all necessary anatomy
- Select Cloud Output once processing is complete
- Choose Elegant Dental Laboratory from the lab list
- Click Send to transmit your case

Panda Scanner
- Select the “find a lab” option on your scanner.
- Search for “Elegant Dental Lab”.
- Add Elegant Dental Lab.
- Select Elegant Dental Lab when submitting scans.
Other Scanning Systems
If your intraoral scanner is not listed above, export the scans as STL or PLY and upload them with your Rx through our secure Lab Portal. New practices can call 877-335-5221 to set up access.
If you need to email files to files@elegantlab.com, please use your practice's encrypted email and include the restoration type and case notes.
