Pack the case with your signed prescription and hand it to UPS. UPS Ground usually takes 1 to 2 business days. Digital scans skip the trip: send them through our Lab Portal.
3. Your Case Comes Back
Most restorative cases are completed within 5 business days in the lab, and we send them back by UPS Ground at our cost. For a rush case, we ship faster for an added fee.

Where is Elegant Dental Laboratory located?
At 2308 McDonald Ave in Brooklyn, NY 11223. We have no office in Pennsylvania: every case is made in house in Brooklyn, and Pennsylvania practices send their cases with our free prepaid UPS labels or as digital scans.
What should I put on the Rx for a Pennsylvania case?
Our name and address (Elegant Dental Laboratory, 2308 McDonald Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11223), the patient's name or number, the date, the work to be done with diagrams if needed, the type and quality of materials, and your signature and license number. Pennsylvania asks the dentist to keep a copy for two years and the lab to keep the original for two years. Send the Rx with the case or with your digital scan.

What types of cases do you support?
Zirconia, IPS e.max Press, PFM, implant restorations and custom abutments, full-arch cases, provisionals, dentures and partials, clear aligners, night guards and other orthodontic appliances.
Can I send a digital impression?
Yes. We accept STL and PLY files from all major intraoral scanners. Submit a Digital Case has the connection steps for your scanner.
What is the standard turnaround time?
Most restorative cases are completed within 5 business days in the lab. UPS Ground usually adds 1 to 2 business days each way. Implant, full-arch and rush cases depend on the case; for a rush case we ship faster for an added fee, so call before you send it.
How much does shipping from Pennsylvania cost?
Nothing. Print a prepaid UPS label with the form on this page; we also send finished cases back by UPS Ground at no charge. Our drivers do not cover Pennsylvania; free daily pickup is for New York City and northern New Jersey.
Can I visit the lab?
Yes. Dentists are welcome at our lab at 2308 McDonald Ave in Brooklyn; call 877-335-5221 to arrange a time.
Do you work with practices outside Pennsylvania?
Yes. We work with practices across the United States: free daily pickup in New York City and northern New Jersey, and free UPS labels everywhere else, including Connecticut, Florida and Georgia.
