Our own drivers cover northern New Jersey every business day, so your cases travel with our team from your office to our 7,000 sq. ft. facility at 2308 McDonald Ave and back. More than 35 technicians handle restorative, implant, full-arch and removable work.

1. Call to Set It Up
Call 877-335-5221 to confirm your address and agree on the time and place. Pickup is free.
2. Our Driver Collects the Case
During lab hours, Monday to Friday, our driver picks up the case with its Rx. Digital scans skip the trip: send them through our Lab Portal.
3. Your Case Comes Back
Most restorative cases are completed within 5 business days, and our driver brings them back to your office.

Where is Elegant Dental Laboratory located?
At 2308 McDonald Ave in Brooklyn, NY 11223. Every case is made in house there, and our drivers bring cases to and from northern New Jersey practices every business day.
What types of cases do you support?
Zirconia, IPS e.max Press, PFM, implant restorations and custom abutments, full-arch cases, provisionals, dentures and partials, clear aligners, night guards and other orthodontic appliances.
Can I send a digital impression?
Yes. We accept STL and PLY files from all major intraoral scanners. Submit a Digital Case has the connection steps for your scanner.
Does New Jersey require a written lab prescription?
Yes. New Jersey law (N.J.S.A. 45:6-19) allows dental lab work from a licensed dentist's impressions on written prescription only. Our guide above covers what to include.
What is the standard turnaround time?
Most restorative cases are completed within 5 business days, and our drivers deliver them to practices in the pickup area. Implant, full-arch and rush cases depend on the case; call before sending a rush case.
