Elegant Dental Laboratory makes every case in house at a 7,000 sq. ft. facility at 2308 McDonald Ave in Brooklyn, founded in 2007. More than 35 technicians handle restorative, implant, full-arch and removable work, and most restorative cases take from 5 business days.
Brooklyn had 69 dental labs in 2014 and 42 in 2024 (US Dental Labs by the Numbers). We are one of the Brooklyn labs that still do all the work under one roof.

Zirconia Crowns and Bridges
Solid 3Y zirconia for strength, 9-layer for esthetics, and options with buccal or fully layered porcelain.
IPS e.max
Pressed IPS e.max crowns, veneers from 0.3 mm, inlays and onlays, with HO ingots for dark preparations.
Implants and Full Arch
Custom screw-retained abutments, screw- and cement-retained crowns and full-arch cases, with libraries for all major systems.
Dentures and Partials
Complete and immediate dentures, implant overdentures, and flexible and cast metal partials.

How Pickup Works in New York City
1. Call to Set It Up
Call 877-335-5221 to confirm your address and agree on the time and place. Pickup is free. Drivers plan their routes each morning, so the earlier you call, the better your chance of a pickup the same day.
2. Our Driver Collects the Case
During lab hours, Monday to Friday, our driver picks up the case with its Rx. Digital scans skip the trip: send them through our Lab Portal.
3. We Deliver It
Most restorative cases are ready from 5 business days, and our driver brings the finished case back the next business day.

Our own drivers pick up and deliver cases for free every business day during lab hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM ET, in all five New York City boroughs and northern New Jersey. Call 877-335-5221 in advance to arrange the time and place.

Where is Elegant Dental Laboratory located?
At 2308 McDonald Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11223, in a 7,000 sq. ft. facility where every case is made in house. We serve practices across New York City and nationwide.
What types of cases do you support?
Zirconia, IPS e.max Press, PFM, implant restorations and custom abutments, full-arch cases, provisionals, dentures and partials, clear aligners, night guards and other orthodontic appliances.
Can I send a digital impression?
Yes. We accept STL and PLY files from all major intraoral scanners. Submit a Digital Case has the connection steps for your scanner.
What is the standard turnaround time?
Most restorative cases take from 5 business days, counted from the business day after we receive the case. Implant crowns, custom abutments, long-span bridges and PFM on non-precious alloy take longer. Rush is decided case by case; call us before sending a rush case.
Which areas does your pickup cover?
All five New York City boroughs (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island) and 13 northern New Jersey counties, every business day during lab hours. Pickup is free; call 877-335-5221 in advance to arrange the time and place. You can also print a UPS label online.
Can I visit the lab?

Do you work with practices outside New York?
Yes. Practices anywhere in the US send digital scans through our Lab Portal or ship physical cases with our UPS labels.
