At 2308 McDonald Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11223, in a 7,000 sq. ft. facility where every case is made in house. We serve practices across New York City and nationwide.
What types of cases do you support?
Zirconia, IPS e.max Press, PFM, implant restorations and custom abutments, full-arch cases, provisionals, dentures and partials, clear aligners, night guards and other orthodontic appliances.
Can I send a digital impression?
Yes. We accept STL and PLY files from all major intraoral scanners. Submit a Digital Case has the connection steps for your scanner.
What is the standard turnaround time?
Most restorative cases are completed within 5 business days. Turnaround for implant, full-arch, and rush cases depends on the case; contact our team before sending a rush case.
Which areas does your pickup cover?
All five New York City boroughs (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island) and 13 northern New Jersey counties, every business day during lab hours. Pickup is free; call 877-335-5221 in advance to arrange the time and place. You can also print a UPS label online.
