How do I open an account?
Call 877-335-5221 or send the form on this page. We set up your account and your access to our Lab Portal for digital cases.
Do you need a test scan first?
No. We keep a card of your standing preferences, such as contacts, occlusion and shade, so every case follows them. If you would like a personal contact at the lab, just ask.
How do I send my first case?
Send a digital scan through our Lab Portal or a direct scanner connection, or send impressions and models with your Rx. Our drivers pick up free in New York City and northern New Jersey; anywhere else, print a free prepaid UPS label. See Send a Case.
How long does a case take?
Most restorative cases are ready from 5 business days, counted from the business day after your case arrives. Implant crowns, custom abutments, long-span bridges and PFM on non-precious alloy take longer. Rush is decided case by case.
Can I see your fees before I start?
Yes. Tick "I would like a fee schedule" on the form and we will send it.
Can I visit the lab?
Yes. Dentists are welcome at 2308 McDonald Ave in Brooklyn. Call 877-335-5221 to arrange a time.
