🔩 Screw-Retained & Cement Options

We provide both retrievable and cement-retained solutions based on case design.

Our Implant Restorations

We fabricate single-unit implant crowns, multi-unit bridges, and full-arch All-on-X restorations.

Cement-Retained

Cement-retained implant crowns offer strong esthetics and straightforward occlusion management.

Best suited for:

  • Posterior implants
  • Cases where screw access would compromise appearance
  • Controlled angulation situations
Screw-Retained

Retrievable and maintenance-friendly. Screw-retained implant crowns eliminate excess cement risk and allow easier long-term servicing.

Common for:

  • Posterior implants
  • Full-arch cases
  • Situations where retrievability is preferred
All-on-X

Full-arch implant restorations supported by multiple implants. We design multi-unit frameworks digitally to support load distribution and long-span stability.

We Build Implant Restorations That Make Clinical Sense

Designed for proper seating, clean screw access, and long-term serviceability.

Micron-Level Accuracy

Digitally Verified Before Production

Every implant case is designed in CAD and reviewed before milling. Internal fit and margins are controlled within tight tolerances to reduce misfit and seating resistance. Small discrepancies matter — especially under 30–35 Ncm torque. Digital verification helps minimize stress on the implant connection.

Retrievability

Screw-Retained When It Makes Sense

Screw-retained restorations eliminate excess cement risk and simplify maintenance. We plan screw channel angulation during design to improve access positioning — especially in anterior zones and multi-unit cases. Cleaner seating. Easier retrieval. Fewer surprises later.

Full-Arch Stability

Built for Long Spans and Heavy Load

All-on-X restorations distribute force across 4–6 implants. Material thickness, connector size, and framework design are controlled digitally before fabrication. Proper planning reduces flex, supports load distribution, and improves long-term structural performance.

Implant FAQ

Common Questions About Implant Restorations

Cement or screw-retained — which should I choose?

If you want retrievability and zero cement risk, screw-retained is usually the safer bet. If angulation makes screw access ugly or impractical, cement-retained may make sense. Case by case. We’re happy to review it.

Do you support major implant systems?

Yes. We work with common implant platforms and interfaces. If you’re unsure about compatibility, call us before sending the case.

Do you handle full-arch cases?

Yes. All-on-X cases are part of our workflow. Digital planning helps reduce surprises when the case seats.

What materials do you use?

Mostly zirconia and high-strength restorative materials depending on case design. Material selection depends on function, esthetics, and span length.

Do you accept digital implant impressions?

Yes. STL, and PLY from all major scanners. We also accept conventional impressions if that’s your workflow.

Are implant components covered by warranty?

Custom abutments fabricated by our lab are covered under structured warranty terms — up to 20 years depending on case type.
