Appliances Built for Adjustment and Longevity
Designed to fit accurately and tolerate repeated activations or adjustments.
Activation Accuracy
Controlled Expansion & Adjustment
An expansion appliance has to hold its shape through repeated activations, so the force goes where you plan it. Put the appliance design and any screw preference on the Rx, and we build to it.
Retention Stability
Appliances That Maintain Alignment
Retainers preserve the result of treatment. We make Hawley, lingual, fixed wire and clear thermoplastic retainers, with clasps placed for retention your patient can live with.
Digital & Analog Flexibility

Questions About Appliances and Night Guards
Do you accept digital scans for orthodontic appliances?
Yes. We accept STL and PLY files from all major intraoral scanners; Submit Digital Case shows how to connect yours. Physical impressions and models work too: we pour and scan them in our lab.
What is the typical turnaround time?
Night guards take 4 business days. Other appliances are from 5 business days, counted from the business day after we receive the case. Rush is decided case by case.
What night guards do you make?
Hard, soft and hard/soft night guards, printed or thermoformed; hard/soft is our default when the Rx doesn't say. We also make NTI-style anterior guards and whitening trays with reservoirs. Night guards take 4 business days.
Do you fabricate fixed and removable retainers?
Yes. We produce Hawley retainers, fixed wire retainers, and clear thermoplastic options.
Can appliances be customized?
Yes. We offer clasp modifications, bite planes, added denture teeth, and color customization.
Do you make anti-snoring devices?
Yes, on prescription, in our lab. Call us before sending the first case so we can confirm what to include.
