Complete, Immediate and Partial Dentures
Complete dentures on printed, milled or processed bases, immediate dentures, partials and flippers, and implant overdentures with LOCATOR, Novaloc, Equator or ball attachments.
Delivered at the time of extraction to maintain appearance and function during healing. Typical wear period: 3 to 6 months before reline or final prosthesis. Helps preserve vertical dimension and patient confidence during transition.
Removable prosthetics replacing multiple missing teeth with acrylic or metal framework support. Designed for controlled clasp placement and load distribution across remaining dentition. Flexible (flexi) options are also available when indicated.
Lightweight temporary replacement for 1 to 2 missing teeth. Often used during implant healing (3 to 6 months) or short-term esthetic replacement. Can also be fabricated as a flexible (flexi) appliance if needed.
Metal framework partial with an acrylic base and denture teeth. More rigid and with less flex than an all-acrylic design, especially in distal extension cases. Flexible clasps on the metal framework are available.

Proper flange extension and clasp positioning improve retention and reduce rocking. Careful border control keeps the denture comfortable.

Full and partial dentures are designed to preserve vertical dimension and support balanced occlusion. Even small changes in vertical dimension can affect function and TMJ comfort.

Acrylic or Metal Framework Options
All-acrylic designs keep cost down; metal framework partials add rigidity and resist deformation under load. For complete dentures, choose 3D-printed or milled bases, or classic processed acrylic.

We make complete and immediate dentures, implant overdentures, and flexible or cast metal partials in house. A complete denture usually takes two try-ins: about 4 business days for each stage, and 4 business days from the last try-in to delivery. Rush is decided case by case.
Our drivers pick up and deliver cases free every business day in all five boroughs and 13 counties of northern New Jersey (Pickup and Delivery). Practices elsewhere can print a free UPS label.
We accept STL and PLY scans from all major intraoral scanners. Every case is made in our 7,000 sq. ft. Brooklyn lab by more than 35 technicians, with no outsourcing. More on our New York dental lab page.

Common Questions About Dentures & Removable Prosthetics
Do you accept digital denture scans?
Yes. We accept STL and PLY files from all major intraoral scanners; Submit Digital Case shows how to connect yours. Physical impressions work too: we pour and scan them, and we make dentures digitally or on printed or stone models.
How long do dentures take?
A complete denture usually takes two try-ins: about 4 business days for each stage, and 4 business days from the last try-in to delivery. An immediate denture takes about 7 business days. Rush is decided case by case.
How long should a patient wear an immediate denture before reline?
Typically 3 to 6 months, depending on tissue remodeling and bone resorption. We reline acrylic dentures; digital dentures with printed or milled bases cannot be relined.
Do you offer metal framework partials?
Yes. Framework combo partials are stronger and flex less than all-acrylic partials, and flexible clasps on a metal framework are available.
Do you make implant overdentures?
Yes. We make implant overdentures with all common attachments, including LOCATOR, Novaloc, Equator and ball attachments. We pick up the attachment housings in the lab and make bars on four or more implants. See also Implants.
What warranty applies to dentures?
Complete removable dentures are covered for up to 1 year, and flexible and cast metal partials for up to 60 days, for defects in materials or workmanship. Immediate and provisional dentures have shorter terms; details on Policies & Warranties.
What denture base and teeth do you use?
Our standard materials for processed dentures are Lucitone 199 denture base resin and Dentsply Portrait IPN denture teeth.
