Where is Elegant Dental Laboratory located?
Our lab is at 2308 McDonald Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11223. You are welcome to visit to drop off a case or see our production.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
Do you work with practices outside New York?
Yes. We work with dental practices across the United States. Practices outside our pickup area ship cases by UPS with a label they can create on our website.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Practices in all five New York City boroughs and 13 northern New Jersey counties get free pickup and delivery by our own drivers every business day. Call 877-335-5221; drivers plan their routes each morning, so the earlier you call, the better the chance of a pickup the same day.
How do I send my first case?
Call 877-335-5221 or send us a message on this page to open an account. Then send a digital scan or a physical impression with an Rx form.
Can I send a rush case?
Yes. Rush is decided case by case: call 877-335-5221 before sending the case to confirm availability and timing.
