Where is Elegant Dental Laboratory located?
Our lab is at 2308 McDonald Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11223. You are welcome to visit to drop off a case or see our production.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
Do you work with practices outside New York?
Yes. We work with dental practices across the United States. Practices outside our pickup area ship cases by UPS with a label they can create on our website.
Do you offer local pickup?
Practices in the New York area may qualify for free case pickup by our in-house drivers. Call 877-335-5221 to confirm availability and schedule a pickup.
How do I send my first case?
Call 877-335-5221 or send us a message on this page to open an account. Then send a digital scan or a physical impression with an Rx form.
Can I send a rush case?
Yes. Call 877-335-5221 before sending the case to confirm rush availability and turnaround.
