SHIPPING A CASE

For clinicians and laboratories that require shipping a case to our Brooklyn location, please follow the below instructions so your order arrives in on time and in good condition. Round-trip shipping is free, but if you prefer faster processing times, consider sending Elegant Dental digital impressions. Clients who require local pickups in New York and New Jersey may call our office at (718) 375-5999 to schedule their deliveries.

Step Two. Pack one or multiple cases

Please follow the below packing instructions to ensure that your cases arrive safely and timely:

  1. Put each case in an individual plastic bag and include the appropriate Rx form in the bag.
  2. Place foam or other soft substance around impressions to prevent breakage during transit.
  3. Send multiple cases in one box.
  4. Secure box with tape and attach the shipping label from STEP 2.

Turnaround Times

  • Traditional Restorations: 5 to 6 business days
  • Full Cast Crowns: 5 business days
  • Temporaries: 6 to 7 business days
  • Implants or Special Cases: please call us for schedule
  • Does not include shipping time or weekends.
