Implant Solutions
Custom implant crowns, bridges, and full-arch restorations produced in our New York facility using a structured digital workflow.
Our Implant Restorations
We fabricate single-unit implant crowns, multi-unit bridges, and full-arch All-on-X restorations.
Cement-retained implant crowns offer strong esthetics and straightforward occlusion management.
Best suited for:
- Posterior implants
- Cases where screw access would compromise appearance
- Controlled angulation situations
Retrievable and maintenance-friendly. Screw-retained implant crowns eliminate excess cement risk and allow easier long-term servicing.
Common for:
- Posterior implants
- Full-arch cases
- Situations where retrievability is preferred
Full-arch implant restorations supported by multiple implants. We design multi-unit frameworks digitally to support load distribution and long-span stability.
We Build Implant Restorations That Make Clinical Sense
Designed for proper seating, clean screw access, and long-term serviceability.
Micron-Level Accuracy
Digitally Verified Before Production
Every implant case is designed in CAD and reviewed before milling. Internal fit and margins are controlled within tight tolerances to reduce misfit and seating resistance. Small discrepancies matter, especially under 30–35 Ncm torque. Digital verification helps minimize stress on the implant connection.
Retrievability
Screw-Retained When It Makes Sense
Screw-retained restorations eliminate excess cement risk and simplify maintenance. We plan screw channel angulation during design to improve access positioning, especially in anterior zones and multi-unit cases. Cleaner seating. Easier retrieval. Fewer surprises later.
Full-Arch Stability
Built for Long Spans and Heavy Load
All-on-X restorations distribute force across 4–6 implants. Material thickness, connector size, and framework design are controlled digitally before fabrication. Proper planning reduces flex, supports load distribution, and improves long-term structural performance.

Implant Restorations for New York Practices
We work with all implant systems. Our design libraries cover all major systems, we accept compatible scan bodies and titanium bases, and we can supply scan bodies. Implant crowns and bridges follow our standard 5 business days, with rush options. Full-arch restorations in zirconia, PMMA, PFM, e.max or hybrid designs can be ready in as little as 4 days, though most take a little longer than 5 business days.
Our drivers pick up and deliver cases free every business day in all five boroughs and 13 counties of northern New Jersey (Pickup and Delivery). Practices elsewhere can print a free UPS label.
We accept STL and PLY scans from all major intraoral scanners, with direct connections to 3Shape TRIOS, iTero, Dentsply Sirona, Medit, Carestream, Planmeca, Shining 3D, ORI and Panda. Every case is made in our 7,000 sq. ft. Brooklyn lab by more than 35 technicians, with no outsourcing. More on our New York dental lab page.

Implant FAQ
Common Questions About Implant Restorations
Cement or screw-retained: which should I choose?
If you want retrievability and zero cement risk, screw-retained is usually the safer bet. If angulation makes screw access ugly or impractical, cement-retained may make sense. Case by case. We’re happy to review it.
Which implant systems do you work with?
All implant systems. Our design libraries cover all major systems, we accept compatible scan bodies and titanium bases, and we can supply scan bodies. If you are unsure about a component, call us at 877-335-5221 before sending the case.
Do you handle full-arch cases?
Yes. We make full-arch restorations in zirconia, PMMA, PFM, e.max and hybrid designs. A full-arch case can be ready in as little as 4 days; most take a little longer than our standard 5 business days. Digital planning helps reduce surprises when the case seats.
How long do implant cases take?
Implant crowns and bridges: our standard 5 business days, with rush options. Full arch: as little as 4 days, usually a little longer than 5 business days.
What materials do you use?
Implant crowns and bridges in zirconia, e.max (including e.max on titanium bases) and PFM; full-arch cases in zirconia, PMMA, PFM, e.max or hybrid designs. The choice depends on function, esthetics and span length.
Do you accept digital implant impressions?
Yes. STL, and PLY from all major scanners. We also accept conventional impressions if that’s your workflow.
Are implant components covered by warranty?
Custom abutments fabricated by our lab are covered under structured warranty terms of up to 20 years, depending on case type.
