Before and After November 27

  Well this tooth that was recommended for #rootcanaltreatment five years ago, but b/c nothing was done and #toothdecay advanced it was now recommended to be removed. This patient travel across the USA and ended up being treated in our office with #periolase #pulpcapping #immediatedentinsealing #emax #onlay and tooth is healthy and can be going now another 2000 miles. #pulpcapping is time consuming and technically difficult procedure, dependent on the skill of the operator and therefore success rate is so low. The #nature however and the same #teeth have amazing ability to #selfrepair given a chance. If we do not give that chance to a tooth and at least try, we will not save the life. If we keep trying we become really good in it. We doctors should “do no harm” and if we do not try we could make a wrong decision for the tooth…..
