Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before subscribing to Elegant Prime (the “Service”) provided by Elegant Dental Laboratories (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all Service subscribers (“subscribers”).
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Subscription
Elegant Prime is a monthly subscription service that is billed on the 1st business day of every month. All subscribers will be billed automatically through their Elegant account. If the automatic payment is declined or returned, the subscriber will not be eligible for the service until the billing issue is resolved.
The service is only applicable on modeless single or multi-unit cases sent through an intraoral scanner. The service only covers 30 units per month. Once the subscriber reaches the 30 unit limit, all following units during the month will be subject to our non-priority shipping.
The service is $199 per month. This fee covers the priority placement of the subscriber’s cases. Shipping and handling fees still apply to all Elegant Prime cases.
